As part of our Customer Service Team you will be responsible of ensuring all our customer needs, with the aim to achieve the maximum customer satisfaction. Due to our international business scope, you will have to deal with clients’ different countries backgrounds.
Permanent assistance to customers throughout the booking process and use of the test track facilities.
Manage the bookings tracks, workshops, transport, hotels, restaurants, reception/dispatch of goods and services requested by the customer through the Booking Form or by direct request.
Staying in touch with customers in order to understand their needs, requirements expectations and to anticipate satisfying them.
Guarantee that customer demands are met in an effective manner and in the shortest possible time.
Preparation of all final documentation necessary to carry out the invoicing to the customer for performed services.
Willing to work on shifts.
Good computer skills (office package).
Good communications skills.
Vocational training in translation or customer service.
High English Skills.
Knowledge of Korean or Japanese language will be highly valued.
