主要工作职责:Main Responsibilities: 1.      Planning, establishment, certification and maintenance of Food Quality (ISO9001) and Food Safety (ISO22000, HACCP, etc.) Management System.策划、建立、认证和维护食品质量 (ISO9001)和安全(ISO22000、HACCP等)管理体系。2.      Application, preparation and certification of all permits and certificates related to management systems, production and/or products.申请、准备和认证所有与管理体系、生产和/或产品相关的许可证和证书。3.      Control of documented information including creation/ update of document list, release and recall controlled documents, manage documents of external origin. 负责文件控制，包括文件清单的创建/更新，受控文件的释放和召回，外来文件的管理。  4.      Making sure most up to date version of all industrial or legal requirements those referenced by the company are obtained and reviewed in a timely manner.确保及时获取并评审公司所引用的行业标准或法律法规要求的最新版本。5.      Materials and products control including incoming inspection, process inspection, inspection before finished products’ entry into warehouse and dock audit; taking part in supplier system or process audit.负责物料和产品的控制，包括进料检验、过程检验、成品入库前检验及发货审核；参与供应商体系或过程审核。  6.      Quality Assurance including participating creation of control plan, leading process audit and taking part in operator training and qualification.负责质量保证，包括参与制定控制计划、领导过程审核、参加操作者培训和岗位认证。7.      Lab management including measurement of specimen, procurement, maintenance and calibration of gage in lab, in process and Ｏn equipment, retention of samples and communication with external lab.负责实验室管理，包括样品检验，仪器采购、维护和校准，样品保存以及与外部实验室的沟通。8.      Being engaged with audits in terms of system, product and/or process those are carried out by customers, certification body and government.主导由客户、认证机构和政府实施的体系、产品和/或过程的审核。  9.      Leading the efforts to solve problems of critical nonconforming output of business processes and manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement.主导解决业务流程和生产过程的重大不合格输出问题，推动持续改进。
